IF not and you pay them off, the first thing she will do is divorce you. During the course of paying them off, life will be tough and you'll have to be tough on her to help maintain discipline to not rack up more debt.

In the course of this, her resentment of you will build because of the way you are forcing her not to live the way she usually does - like a spendthrift.

When the debts are finally gone, she will feel free, and decided to "punish" you for all that time you spent making her save money.

This is guaranteed. NEVER pay off a woman's debts - the first thing she will do is leave.

Dude..........credit is repairable. I went from a Bankruptcy to over 800 in less than 10 years. Also there are 15 year mortgages. You don't have your house paid off to retire, just have enough in equity to buy a smaller house outright.

This is heart breaking. I understand the pain. I went into major debt on top of some really bad financial habits of my own after getting married. I remember paying the wedding the night of with the money I'd gotten in gifts down to the last dollar. I had 25k in debt the first several years, on top of whatever her debt was (school loans for schooling she didn't even finish out). Sometimes I wonder why I don't have more red pill rage, but I'm so apathetic to it. I'm grateful, she's ugly as fuck last I checked, and she turned into a hardcore feminist.
