Apartment question.

So I post about wanting an apartment here before and wanting my own space. I am more of a minimalist.

Im just wondering how big is your personal space/apartment? And say to yourself that your happy with it.

So I saw a 28 square meter apartment. I saw it as simple and I will not pay high mortrage as it ok in case of pricing. And I live in a city as I work here.

Many maybe will downgrade or upgrade depending on their ability of financing. But I dont want to validate to anyone if I have a big house or something. I just want the feeling that your own place is your own world.
