No the left is for big government and having the government control everything. So the furthest left would be dictatorships like Syria.

The right is for small government and De regulation so the furthest right would be more or less anarchy.

Many of them went through socialist revolutions in the second half of the 20th century before being hijacked by religious extremists.

Many monarchs were overthrown by liberals who held power for 20-50 years and did a lot of damages before being overthrown themselves.

People like Assad (Syria) were actually led into power by the West, but the West lost control of the situation and now want them out.

On the other hand, Iran is the great enemy of Western liberals because they overthrow their monarch who was pro-West way back then.

Let's say that the religious factions saw Western liberals coming from miles away and took action to protect their countries.

I find Arab women can be very beautiful when they are traditional but are some of the ugliest when they adopt liberal values.

I am from the Middle East (Living in it) and I know the answer to your question, if I understood it right:

Islamic world is absolutely 100 times more conservative about the west, because parents here, society really pressures women to be "good" marriage material, by promoting virgnity-till marriage, religious propaganda (marriage is holy) and promote "take care of your husband even if he's paraylzed from the waist time 20 years straight till death without cheating".

This harsh social conditioning works on a lot of women, so they become good wives and marriage material due to societal engineering, so women here are not "naturally" good, they're just programmed to be good, they are so exposed to "be good" it becomes their normal

The MidEast is slowly becoming liberal and cuckeminst though, because of the abnormal spam of liberal bullshit cuck propganda.

Also "conversativeness" varies between social classes, low-class people are extremely conservative, so much that a good portion of low-class population don't set up TV or internet in their households or ban their daughters from using mobile phones so they don't "spoil" and become whores. (If they become whores they get killed). No contact with males AT ALL allowed.

Also, medium-class is less-extremely conservative but still highly-effective and low-violent medium for women to be "marriage material". Casual contact with males under the supervision of a parent or in public is allowed and it is 100% innocent. They are raised in an environment that promotes serving their husbands and dying for them, and a lot of women catch up with that.

High class here is different, parents don't care about their daughters, send them to international English-curriculumed schools where chads and cock carousel yoga-pants Instagram and promiscuous gucci livestyle is lived. Women get 100 cocks in their butts but preserve their vaginal virginity.

Some women from low-class/med-class still go whore to the max though, so it doesn't matter.

Geopolitics matters. The SJWs would just react to the nations where the mainstream media want them to react to. Western nations mainstream society need some Islamic countries support like the Saudis, where their Islam is Wahhabi version which the ISIS is based of it, as well as some pro-West nations regardless of their political situation and human-rights situation, that some of the most cruel despots are ignored. Take Myanmar as an example. Before Aung San visits China and realign the nation more towards China and away from west, Aung San was appreciated for her struggle for democracy. After that, the Rohingya crisis suddenly break out "coincidentally" and she was to blame. The SJWs would just hate the countries that the mainstream media told them to hate, and ignore those they didn't mention much.
