what's up with women always saying this. seems to be an attempt to tests a man's frame. neither responding or ignoring works, because to a women both insinuate that you have lost the mind game. "why won't you answer me what's wrong??" or if you respond its "are you sure??"

i've gotten this from my ex, mother, grandmother, brothers girlfriend, female teachers in the past. it seems to me that living in a constant state of emotional turmoil helps females regulate their mood and acts as some sort of a bass level behavioural structure. just utter self projection to be honest and its childish and pathetic.
