I was helping my dad pick up some furniture for my sisters. We take everything into the house. Shortly after I can hear my mother screaming at him. My father is upset that my sisters are hanging heavy objects to their room doors that will damage it( which he will have to pay for and repair without help; as usual).

My mother begins taunting him saying " go worry about your man cave" (which is barely his considering it has washing machines and she does hair down there)

Father: This is my......Our house. Why do I have no say in what goes on?.

Mother: ha say what you were going to say! It's your house, I hope I die , you'll be happy because then you can do what ever you want with.

Sisters: didn't you tell us yesterday about the power of the tounge and how we should never speak like that

Note: Mind you my father always comprises and makes decisions that favor her , growing up me and my dad always had to repair things around the house. And did most of the cleaning even though she's a SAHM.

Father : this is why I didn't want to talk to you, I just wanted to have a rational conversation, imagine if I started using my death against you.

Mother : well I'm not a rational person.....as youve said. (He did not say that)

Mother :girls ! Your father whats you to take it off your door!!.

Dont be a fool woman will never love you, I am the son of the man my mom really wanted to be with and yet I end up caring about my father more than she does. She has used him for all he's worth, she is lazy disrespectful and barley contributed to raising me.

My father is far from perfect and I hated him growing up, but most of the things we bumped heads for was my mother pressuring him to punish me for. He has actually doled out valuable life advice from now on. My mother obly speaks to me to tell my how bad I am or to give an off handed compliment.

She would always tell me that if I can't dance, my wife would leave me (she can't dance for shit). And why would I want to stay with someone that cheats on me because I cant dance. i I prefer men anyway so perhaps you shouldn't assume things for your kids. I cared about her opinion back then, but no longer. Most of her life advice seemed to be how could my future wife benefit from me.

She always told me to be nice and to respect women yet, my biological father was a sexist womanizer that was chronically unemployed. My current father is a gentleman with a master's degree.
