Why do the majority of female authority figures act like tyrants? They think that being "assertive" or "acting like a man" means being an insufferable asshole who makes decisions based more on how they feel about something and won't take feedback or perspectives from other people. Some men act like this as well, but there's more variation in men's leadership styles and personalities. Women just seem to get off on bossing people around for the sake of it and nitpicking/nagging things that aren't even problems, but they might "personally" not like it (and what they personally like or not can change regularly).
