I knew a girl that did this just to create drama in the office place. Stir up some jealousy and controversy. All to make being in the workplace more interesting and exciting for herself. She would even create rumors about herself to get people talking about her. Print things out non-work related with her name on it and leave it on the printer. Work isn't supposed to be exciting and interesting. Work is work. When you make work be work, women don't want to be there. Especially at desk jobs where you sit for 8+ hours a day doing nothing but paperwork.

The men that I work with have no problem with it but the women are constantly out of their seats, whatever it is they're doing, it's not work. When everything you need to do is on the computer in front of you, you don't need to be constantly getting up to go socialize.
