All women are like that

Why?

Because all women hit the wall at some point or another. Most women have some idea of when the wall is coming. They all have a "tell", women do not have a good poker face.

Some hold frame hoping for some whiteknight rescue-ranger-ass mfka will propose to them just before impact. They keep this guy close, like a parachute to slow them down after riding the CC on hyper drive.

This guy thinks he's the bee's knees for closing on a fixer-upper with low equity value in a buyer's market.

Plus, he's been shamed for not having a girlfriend for years, so any dilapidated property will do! He'll be a hero for playing dad to a single mom in his mind.

Little does he know women never settle. They plan years ahead on the next branch to swing. Some will even hold onto two branches at once, but they all are like that.

If she settled on one guy, it's because he's willing to provide more resources and attention. It has nothing to do with what she provides, other than baggage. And all women at some point hit that baggage limit, no more carry ons allowed. They need a workhorse to pick up the slack...and thats where whiteknights come in.
