well you dont have to sue for custody. you could just not fight for any parental rights which would effectively make you "not a father". my point being that technically nobody in the US is being forced to be a parent.

of course you would still be the father biologically and financially but a man is under absolutely no obligation to care for his child in any sort of way other than paying his child support.

that being said im pretty sure child support is even higher if the bitch has 100% custody

i dont know how this would actually play down IRL so maybe im wrong.... but if a woman didnt want to be a mother but the father does- and the father knows the mother gave birth- than she cant just give away a baby and not have to pay... what if he sued for custody of the kid? wouldnt she then have to pay child support? this is all speculation obviously... i've never actually heard of this happening... i mean i know the system is pretty fucked so i could totally imagine a woman giving the kid away to a fire station before a father could sue for custody and then its anyone's guess as to whether or not he would be able to reclaim the child
