As society has become more feminized traditional methods of conflict resolution used by men have been labeled pathological. Any conflict resolution that involves direct confrontation is a big no-no. But this is how men solve their problems if I got a problem with you I'm coming to you. This is how men form their natural competence hierarchy. if you suck you get told you suck and kicked down the hierarchy until you get better. In a competence hierarchy one must allow themselves to be moved up and down the hierarchy based on their competence.

But feminizing society changes both the way conflicts are resolved and the type of hierarchy created. Instead of direct confrontation a feminized society pushes interrelational confrontation. I no longer confront you about the problem I have with you; I take it to a third party. This is the natural way women deal with conflict and this leads to status hierarchy. If a woman has a problem with you she'll get five of her friends to get five of their friends to spread gossip and nasty rumors about you destroying your reputation and character. This is how modern HR was invented.

In feminizing society we have set the feminine style of confrontation as the standard. Promulgated rules to anonymize the person with the complaint and set up the system in such a way the those seeking to gain social status by taking you out can do so without a problem.

men and women naturally live in and create different styles of hierarchy. Men living competence hierarchies women live in status hierarchies. The competence hierarchies men create must be flexible because each individual in the hierarchy must allow themselves to be moved up and down the hierarchy as their competence dictates. The status hierarchy women create and live in is a much different beast and does not promote competence. It promotes social status. Social status is a zero sum game where to gain status one must take it from another. So in order to move up the ladder one must necessarily take someone else down.
