If I showed you my DNA and your DNA could you tell the difference? If the only difference is the nucleotide bases, like thymine and cytosine, being in a different order; then there is nothing special or personal about it. People put so much emphasis on the value of their genes, but when you understand what those genetic differences actually boil down to, it's kind of silly.

Society hates men. Period.

Why do you feel so strongly compelled to give something (i.e., your progeny and genetic legacy) back to an entity (society) that actively maligns the entire male gender and wishes nothing but further suffering and ill fortune upon us?

If you have kids, there is a 50% chance it will be a boy. Why would you want to project and inflict this suffering upon another person (your son) who does not deserve it?

Conversely, there is a 50% chance it will be a girl. Why would you want to introduce another person (your daughter) into a society that is so fucked up and in which the males are beginning to realize the utter futility of interacting with females at all?

Bottom line, having kids is an inherently selfish endeavor. Maybe not shameful, but selfish nonetheless. If you accept the fact that society literally hates males (which it does.... you would have to be delusional to believe otherwise, given the current state of affairs), then why the fuck would you ever possibly want to have kids?

I dont have a link to the numbers, but something like 20% of men passed on their genes, the rest of MANkind had no offspring or they raised the children of other men.
Your children have 50% of your DNA, your grandchildren 25% and so on, at some point your DNA is so dilluded that it doesnt really matter anymore.

You have 46 chromosomes, any children you have(that is actually yours) will inherit 23 of those chromosomes from you, their children(your grandchildren) could have anywhere from 23 to 0 chromosomes*(statistically the odds are it's between 18-6) and each generation after that will only increase the odds that they will inherit none of your genes.

The only way to be sure to have any genetic legacy at all beyond 5 generations is to go the Genghis Khan route and impregnate thousands of women.

Nope. Who cares about "ancestral" lines? They have zero meaning except to continue royal or noble bloodlines or protect family property. It's not the 1600s where I'm worried about getting a virgin to pass on the Earldom of Wessex.

To be perfectly honest... I'd like a boy to be his father, like my father was to me, it is selfish in a way yes... Just reminds me of the sweet times spent with dad talking philosophy, electronics, music, video games and yes women ("women? Meh..." was his view of most, some he'd call sweet, some hot but at the end of the day "can't be bothered" was his stance; I had seen him with clearly abusive women, was tempted to put an end to their abuse in his behalf a few times)

With the current gender dynamics it seems to be a very foolish endeavour. I might give my sperm to a sperm bank out to seek solace that somewhere maybe there is a little guy who i am affiliated with...
