I would point out the logical fallacy in the cross stitched statement, ie that 1 penis can impregnate millions of females, where as 1 vagina can only birth a maximum (on average) of 20 children, but they apparently don't allow ANY posts by males.
I digress, a penis has a greater probability of birthing several countries, compared to 1 vagina birthing a large soccer team:
X = Higher value due to efficiency.
Y = Reproductive efficiency of penis.
Z = Reproductive efficiency of vagina.
pr(X|Y) > pr(X|Z)
Furthermore, I would take this notation further by including a proof() function for clarity:
A = Distribution of DNA through reproduction.
B = Penis being more efficient.
C = Vagina being more efficient.
D = Penis more valuable.
E = Vagina more valuable.
pr(D|prov(A,B)) > pr(E|prov(A,C))
