I've been working in IT for nearly 2 decades. I've only seen 2 female coders during all that time, an I've seen a shitload of male coders. Women don't want into IT.

Women cant code! Plain and simple. Sure theres a one off example here and there but most are sympathy hires or fast tracked project managers without skill or gravitas.

Women want a job where they can take care of people or help other women like hairdresser. Yes men can be hairdressers too but women excel at hairdressers, nail salon etc. It’s at their level and they are able to be successful because her customer service skills are naturally better

Nurses, therapist, hairdressers etc...... These are what women do for work when they have to. Key word? Have to.

A smart woman is one who chooses the guy who makes her life easier i.e. he makes enough money so she doesn’t have to work.
