Something that has puzzled me for a while now, is why aren't more Chad's paying child support?

This is in regards to Alpha f#cks, Beta bucks. Now I know some Chads do (statistically Tyrones get stuck paying child support to multiple baby-mamas), but I know of or have heard of multiple Chads that have caused single moms and most have somehow escaped the reach of the government.

How is this? Are the single moms unable to ID/find the guilty Chad to extract funds from him (i.e. ONS), or is it something about being a Chad that causes women to not go after them for money? I'm honestly perplexed.

Follow-up question: do the odds of this occurrence change if said Chad has a well paying job, like a lawyer or surgeon?
