If there is one thing that has enhanced my MGTOW journey it has been moving away from where I grew up and where I had most of my toxic relationships. I hear guys talk about how they keep getting roped into stuff with their old flames, etc, and I understand a man going his own way should be able to avoid all that, but it is easier said than done.

If you can be mobile, if you are a young guy who can land a job then consider moving away and trying out real solitude in a new city. You can still make some new friends in that city and you'll be able to focus really well on self improvement.

Now on the odd occasion I fly home once every few years to visit my old buddies (most of whom are severely cucked unfortunately and say stuff like "I am so glad my wife let me meet up with the boys!!!") I just hope and pray like hell I won't see any of the harlots from my past.

They tried the across the seas Facebook messenger attention seeking routine on me in the first two years I moved but eventually gave it a rest after banding against me. Two of my exes in particular whom are both in serious relationships hit me up separately and in the end told their boyfriends I was the one who caused the entire thing, just by existing basically. And of course those betas took the sides of their whore girlfriends.

Been lucky the last two times I went home did not run into either of them. I'd apologize to their men if I felt they were worthy but they're pathetic. I couldn't get away from my ex wife as she moved to the same general area as me, we agreed to live in the same city as each other whenever we made life plans to keep co parenting smoother. But the ones who really wouldn't fuck off are these about to smash into the wall old flames from high school and college.

Basically just go far away from all those old flames and forge a new path that isn't fraught with past trouble (women) and it may just be what you needed.
