The Supreme Court of Quebec ruled this bigotry law a few years back. (The case involve one man who was forced to pay child support for 3 kids who were not his, she knew about it too and that's Paternal Fraud. He can be sent to jail too if he refuses to go along with said fraud).

I predicted then that it would spread like wildfire, it seems that it has.

Do you think men will really get justice in the today's society. Justice is myth. Courts are the men slaughtering house. We are just the money stock to them. They will just slay us brutally. He has more chances if he would settle with her outside the court. Never mix women and court it is like mixing two kind of poisons and make a ultimate poison with no antidote to save you.

Courts and "Justice" is a damn industry just like everything maybe they expect him to burn more money to get "Justice" if nobody sues how will their industry be paid? Remember a money out of a mans pocket is tax for government.
