In all fairness it does sound like he did act inappropriately, however the solution maybe would be to go to the man and tell him rather going to social media in a climate where these types of allegations could potentially ruin his career.

Furthermore he said it was wrong to have these feelings. No Dan it isn't wrong to feel anything. Humans have little to no control over their emotions, we only control how we respond to them. So don't be sorry for being a red-blooded male and having feelings and finding someone attractive. Just act appropriately. I think that is that's my only real gripe with this "admission" and I also think maybe people are making it out to be a bigger deal than it is. No one in position of power male or female acts 100% ethically and keeps their emotions outside of business all the time.

This just seems like such a small and mild thing and in some ways he did act appropriately by being truthful and honest by dumping his girlfriend for this other girl.

But yeah people don't need to air their minor sins to the world just because they are a man.
