There's some financial advice out there that is good for single people and men. But if anyone's listened to Dave Ramsay he's a cuck / white knight if you haven't seen it.

A lot of his advice is good for getting out of debt but I tune out when he tells people to "get married to protect yourself" and when he starts telling couples how to run their relationships.

I'm a single guy with no kids. I have no debt, not a lot of assets but I still have zero debt.

Part of me thinks he's just milking radio to make money and not piss off the women in his audience because I honestly couldn't see him giving the same advice he gives to his children. "Get married to the single mother to protect your stuff." or "You're not man enough even though you only work 40 hours a week and your deadbeat of a wife doesn't have to get a job so you have to get two while she sits at home all day."

Even people who are well intentioned like this are still way out of touch.

Anyone who listens to Dave Ramsay notice this about him? Robert Kiwoyosaki is much more realistic IMO and actually knows how to use debt to build wealth, that you don't get rich by saving-you get rich by investing and never calls men out for not getting married, Lol
