Divorce rape in games

My wife inherited some random county in the middle of Aquitaine and all my kids were sent to her court.

I want to educate my kids myself, but she doesn't let me because "child would be a hostage in a foreign country" or something.

They are all being taught by this one event-spawned Ashkenazi courtier and I don't want them to become jews.

If I divorce her, will I get my kids back? They are still technically my dynasty.
