There are a million ideas to try and keep assets in the wake of a divorce (prenuptial agreement, putting your business/money in a trust pre-marriage, etc). However, the only 100% way to keep YOUR assets is to not get married. For every sure-fire method you have to prevent divorce rape in the west, there is a judge willing to set new precedent and fuck you over.

Or hire a competent lawyer before marriage to ensure everything you care about is protected in a prenup.
