There is, man. Women are cunts a lot of the time, especially when the relationship hold no more value to them.

You need to develop a relationship with yourself now. It is hard, know this, but it is worth the investment.

I wish I had magic advice, but I do not. When I was going through my initial journey, I focused 100% in physical self improvement. When I was done with that, I did more. I also nerded out non-stop on Stardusk (Thinking-Ape), Spetnaz, Colttaine, TFM (especially his 5 part series on overcoming the rage/stages of RP awareness), Barbarossa and Paul Proteus.

This helped me a lot, because it breaks down the stages you will go through and how to deal with it.

Grind, brother. Just grind!

Don’t get sad, get angry. You probably have lots of uncomfortable feelings to get through, including anger. If you are like the rest of us who have been fucked over/gaslighted by women, you are likely out of touch with your rage and more into pity/self blaming. Depression makes all the doors seem locked, but good anger will help open them again. Helps get in touch with the deep down survivor, conquerer type of thing. Hang in there pal. Try an all male boxing gym? (If any still exist these days). Take a Smith & Wesson .44 to a range?

I've been exactly where you are.

It can get better, but it's going to take hard work and time.

The better you can make your health, position, & wealth in life, the better off you and your young children will be.

Take care of your health, eat a good diet, avoid junk food, exercise as much as you can.

Find a better job, or go back to school if you have to. Maybe will take a change of career, which is what I did, and it paid off. I took some classes, studied up, and got into entry level IT, and went pretty far. A trade of some kind is another way to go if you are up for being electrician, carpenter, etc, and the money can be good

I avoided women completely post-divorce, and that was a good decision because it enabled me to focus on career, health, and climbing out of poverty and homelessness.

See your kids as much as you can, even a day every 2 weeks is important. Eventually as they get older if they are having fun with you, they will insist on more time spent with you.

I know how bleak this prospect looks, but it can get better over time.
