This will be the same thing. They will make it so that pregnant women are exempt from being drafted, so if a draft ever actually happens, every woman will suddenly get pregnant.

There are 2 trains of thought for our leadership in favor of women in combat roles. The first is the delirious ones that literally believe that women can perform on an equal playing field with men in any physical capacity or in any situation involving a high amount of stress. No amount of evidence or new information can affect their thinking. The fantasy world they live in inside their owns heads is one of gumdrops and rainbows and they will bury their heads as deep in the sand as is necessary to protect it. They suffer from terminal pathological altruism. The second school of thought is from those that tow the party line or publicly follow whichever trend the current socio-political climate happens to be in. These people perform a cost-benefit analysis in their heads and have concluded to themselves that the current male majority of the military can sufficiently pull the women's weight, especially considering we're not at war nor do we appear to be heading into war in the near future. These people are short-term thinkers and only really care about their own power and prestige. To them, every problem they inherit or create themselves is a problem for the next generation to worry about.
