I've never been married or in a relationship longer than 7 months so i won't know if it will work for everybody.

If you had a bad break up, were kinda burnt a few weeks or months ago and you still can't get over what happened, if you feel sad or angry about what happened, or you still have regrets, if you still idealise the relationship and the person you broke up with, here's a rather radical tip to deal with it. It's kinda disgusting, so sensitive souls, don't read any further.

I want you to think about all the good moments you had with that person the next time you go to the toilet and take a shit, you don't flush the toilet, once you're done doing your thing, you keep thinking about that person, and then look at your shit (just look at it, don't do anything else with it please). Repeat thinking about the person and then looking at what's inside the toilet as many times as you see fit. You can use pics of her on your phone if you still have any (you really shouldn't have any but you can always find her on facebook or insta i guess)

The idea is to ASSOCIATE, that person and the moments you're yearning for with the most digusting thing there is. If you find something more disgusting try it if you can.

After three or four times doing this, over time, the result is that your mind starts REJECTING these thoughts as a reflex, without you having to do some effort. You completely forget about the person, your mind rejects her.

I wouldn't advice this to someone who's still fresh from the break up, but feel free to try it.

Sometimes hookers are not enough to get over it, so i came up with this.
