I have often stated in this sub that the primary benefit if MGTOW is not in avoiding risks, but in behaving in ways which shape our thoughts around our own interests. I have always discouraged men here from doing for women what they would not do for similarly situated men, believing a woman over a man without sufficient evidence, and attributing to other men sexual motives or demeaning their sexuality. in my view, a man doing these things is consenting to have them done to himself. (and we have all done them in our blue pill days)

the catalogue of behaviors you list here are more specific than these which I have discouraged. I agree that they validate women who do not necessarily deserve this validation. if you could elaborate further on how you think this plays out in a social dynamic, I would be very interested to read it.

this is the difference between alpha and beta/omega.

1) you should always give hard eye contact. stare at their eyes like you're staring into the depths of their souls. it's an alpha trait. when you're playing the alpha, people will stand there and let you take things. get this clear though... they do not offer. but they will readily submit to you taking, they will offer no resistance when you do, and require no apologies either (which is fine because alphas don't apologize).

2) if you're tall and you lift, you can small talk women all you want. but regardless of whether you're alpha or not, NEVER compliment women except immediately after sex. most of your communications with her should be you teasing her (not rude/mocking but funny).

3) do not do favors for women except immediately after sex.

4) never like her social media shit. if you are commenting on her social media, (1) you must already be having sex with her, and (2) it must be to tease her. if you aren't having sex with her yet or you're not teasing, shut the fuck up. never follow her on social media unless you're fucking her.

Yeah I try to avoid one of the gym receptionists. She is pretty and she knows it I don't want to Pat her ego so I don't even look at her. Anyway I tried to rush past and she got me in an awkward spot where I had to anknowledge her. Pissed me off.

Look at them??.I dont even take my sunglasses of most of the time. They are prescriptions .I always get weird looks when I'm inside , but I dont give a shit.
