Does anyone else feel like Islam understands female nature more than any other religion?

Arabs are one of the oldest ethnic groups in the world, going back to the Babylonian days. Do you think that at one point their society became so wealthy and luxurious where the need for strong men dwindled, and their women became more and more promiscuous until it got to a boiling point where naturally Islam came out of it?
