Amazon has some knock-off ones in $400-1000 range, but I'd suggest just saving up for a legit one since the cheaper ones degrade way to fast from what I've heard.

Space wise they hang in the closet or you can just keep them on your mattress, and if anyone has a problem tell them to go fuck themselves unless they want to give you a million bucks to support a family.

If you're new to the whole thing or just limited on space I'd suggest going with Fleshlights and their new Launch thing is getting great reviews - it's an auto-bj machine

Takes up a lot of space.

Get one of those beds that has drawers underneath and store it in there. Also less chance of anyone staying at your house finding it especially if you have one of those bed skirt things (not sure what they are called).

Buy a fleshlight, a garbage bag filled with vasoline, and a regulating heating unit. Maybe 300 bucks and you can have a cheapo sex doll.
