I don’t call them idiots, but I call them blind for some people. Some people nowadays see love and marriage as big, happy. Will last forever, and is truthful. That’s how the media and movies portray it. But then the media tells girls behind their backs to cheat, to lie and to abuse their ‘lovers’. Yes their are marriages that turn out very well, my parents have been together for over 20 years now, and they both stay truthful to each other. But I think the chances of getting a bad marriage is too high to take the risk

At my brother's wedding, where I was the best man, I told him if he wanted to make a run for it I would make a distraction. His wife and I never have/will get along and everytime we hang out she complains that I make him act "too much like his old self" and he talks shit to her too much. Now I live half a world away and rarely get to see him and I really miss my brother.

Just came from a wedding. Poor bastard. But.... successfully derailed some crazy girls plan!

Maid of honors boyfriend wanted to buy a crotch rocket. She said he needed to spend the money on a ring to marry her.

Flash forward 45 minutes a dude was getting a crotch rocket and she hated my guts. All it took was “well, if you have kids you don’t want him to have a crotch rocket, right? This is unironically, objectively, literally true. My boss told me his wife insisted they get married and he finally agreed, threw a big party on the wedding and here was the result:
