MGTOW is not hate.

It is avoidance. It is refusal to comply. It is refusal to be coerced to accept the societal norms.

It is a choice, it is a lifestyle in entirely on own discretion.

Hating is almost always a waste of time. Outside the initial trauma it's all about moving on, accepting reality and striving towards the best possible outcome for yourself. The more you accept this the faster you'll achieve your goals and quell the hatred.
