That's like saying that if you say that trans women (i.e. men who pretend to be women) shouldn't be allowed to go into women's bathroom with your daughters, or if you say that they shouldn't exclusively turn men's bathroom in universities into trans + men while leaving all women's bathroom only to women, makes you just as bad as the people demanding that bathrooms be more "inclusive", since you're addressing the issue instead of passively ignoring it like a more "virtuous" person. That's like saying that if you punch back the bully who regularly assaults you, it makes you just as bad as him, even though he was always the aggressor and initiator and without him you would have never become violent and no one was helping you whenever you reported his behaviour. That's like saying that reporting accurate and objective statistics of men's suicide rates, homelessness rates and incarceration rates proportional to women's for the same crimes, means that you're a misogynist who hates all women everywhere, even if your intent was only to shed light on some generally ignored issues.

Addressing other people's behaviour doesn't make you just as bad as them. Pointing out the existence of pigs doesn't mean that you're down in the mud pit with them. If something is accurate, then other people's impressions don't matter. Truth is truth, regardless of whether or not it's inconvenient or takes people out of their comfort zones.

As far as the NPC meme goes, it's just a bit of fun to point out how they all just regurgitate the same opinions, regardless of whether or not those opinions contradict themselves, or whether they ignore objective reality, or even if they make no sense whatsoever. The same people arguing in favor of gay rights, of men loving men and women loving women, are also arguing that gender doesn't exist, and they don't even notice the contradiction that arguing in favor of trans demands completely contradicts the entire gay right narrative. If it takes a meme to make more people in society realize the contradiction, or if it makes some of them realize that their thought process is flawed and incoherent and that they've been indoctrinated into spouting nonsense, then so much the better.
