A lot of (young) guys I think get nervous about their life as an older MGTOW.

I'll be 59 later this year and I have to tell you this year has been awesome in many respects. One of the things I did was beginning weight lifting. Been a runner for more than 40 years always thought that was enough - now I come to find as an older guy having that extra strength has become a life changer - I never realized how weak you get over time.

Anyways, I talked my 13 year old son into lifting too - he's a super laidback gamer dude - lifting is not his thing.

But in the last year plus I've dropped 40 pounds and doubled my bench press - last night I benched my bodyweight for the first time ever - basically I am twice as strong as I was a year or two ago and stronger than I have EVER been in my life. And the kid ? He's been doing it 5 weeks (!) and he hit a bench of 101 last night.

Those were both our final goals for 2018 LOL - now we have to aim higher.

He's gotten smarter too - I asked him a while back how come he does not like to talk to his mom on the phone (she got unhaaaappppyyy and bailed on a 15 year marriage) - he basically said because I know what she did and what kind of person she really is (joke / paraphrase).

All I can say is, old MGTOW = a life that just gets better every day.

And many thanks to this place - I had the red pill rage for a year, now it is just a bad memory and you guys walked me thru it all.
