My favorite one is these "spiritual" reddits that go on about "mother earth (Gaia) is feminine so women are naturally the leaders of the world" and "if we get rid of the patriarchy and form a global matriarchy the planet will resonate in harmony with us".

Then you make a post quoting a female investment manager about how the S&P 500 is filled with companies who make money from War and violence so you should be careful investing your money in S&P 500 index trackers seen as you are so spiritual and matriarchal and the SAME women call you a conspiracy theorist and deny there is anything wrong with making money from such companies and that the female investment manager is an idiot.

In other words, these women who act spiritual, don't care about the planet, or "ECO" in your example, they just want women to replace the male figure in "EGO", and when that happens they will continue to rape the world and blame it on the men.
