Its a sick joke honestly, I used the equality argument at work in a HR meeting about a complaint about this girl, she actually started crying when I defined her actions to that of being equal to what if a male done it.

Here is the story, a female colleague got undressed in office to change her clothes, I was sitting there and saw everything. Side note, this girl is a full on feminist, I sat there traumatized looking at an unclothed land whale. I thought to myself, mmmm, what if a dude in office changed clothes infront of everyone. She would obviously report it as rape. So, I went to HR to report what happend, I further added that I was traumatized by it as I am a pure religious person. Long story short, it was a was a ground for immediate dismissal based on sexual harassment ito company policy and local legislation. Ball was in my court to give the go ahead, of-course I did :D . After round table hearing she took the matter to the labour court and lost to, I wrote my statement in such a manner that what happend is effecting my life as it is recurring thought and i cannot sleep at night etc, I played the full on victim, i even went to a psychiatrist to get a medical statement. So funny her counter argument is that she was dazed and confused, which was quickly dismissed as she had nothing to back that up.

I love EQUALITY.
