Here is the thing, to make sure you are the dominant frame holding man in a relationship you need to constantly pass every shit test. Fail once when you are weak and she start to try to take over. Just show her constantly that you do not care if she walks, or if she gets mad, its her way or the highway. Women tend to love that shit (allthough they claim they dont). However eventually that will also not be good enough cause they want paradoxical things, they want the bad boy (alpha strong men whatever) to change by their hand, but they also want the bad boy alpha whatever to stay the way he is cause that gives them drama which the crave. So they want both things which are mutually exclusive.

If you could pull it of the pass all the shit test (which is my mind is just tiring), then you have to remember that in your home you are constantley holding frame, and not being able to lower your guard or not be in a dominance war. So indeed if men want to have relatinship in which they can be themselves and let their guard down and relax then you get handicapped, if you dont then you are handicapped by the simple fact that you cannot relax in said relationship. Long story short: Relationships are not fun.
