I experience varying amounts of archetypal masculinity in myself. When I experience more of that, it feels more right. I feel emotionally better, stronger and more motivated. I also feel more complete and healthy, like I accepted or activated a part of myself that was inactive and/or disconnected, and am connected to the energy involved there.
It also seems associated with heterosexuality. In general I would say I'm bisexual or pansexual. But when I see this archetypal masculinity in myself I tend to be more heterosexual, losing homosexual interest and increasing heterosexual interest. Seeing this archetypal masculinity in others can also redirect me away from homosexuality toward heterosexuality. It also seems like this may be related to specific behaviours and characteristics which attract women.
Seeing archetypal masculinity in others also seems more right and more healthy. Though I am basing this opinion on less information than what I said about seeing it in myself.
Some other experiences imply that archetypal masculinity might give someone charisma.
It seems there's less archetypal masculinity in the world now compared to before. Is this an accurate observation?
I'm not really sure what to do about this or even whether it is desirable. What are ways to increase archetypal masculinity in me? Would that somehow lock me into seeking an archetypal life, taking away freedom?
