I've debated even posting this.

I was in a 7+ year marriage to a woman with 3 kids. I found out she was banging her entire platoon and got the hell out.

My little sister had finished her BS Degree and was struggling so I invited her to move in to my new apartment and only pay $100 rent when the average rate for a room was $500 min in my area.

She moved in and we really got to know each other. . .

I told her I was now divorced and her first response was: "What about the kids! What's wrong with you!", "You still going to support them?"

My response was: "uh fuck no, they are not even my kids and their actual father is involved. Why the hell would I"

she just could not fathom the idea of not supporting 3 kids that were not mine after my then wife whored around with over 5 dudes . . .

Then one night we were sitting down at the table and she asks me: "did you ever go to college?"

(We grew up in separate families - separated in adoption)

I was shocked, I knew we weren't close but damn. I had posted my journey through medical school and even into my work at the clinic and hospital all over my social media . . .

I told her I got my BS in Pre-Medical then graduated medical school, to which she coldly says "I don't believe you, no way you have a BS and there is no way you went to medical school"

I'd noticed that of my sisters who have Bachelor Degree's they absolutely refuse to believe anyone else in the family can compare to them, to them it is just unheard of.

My other sister who is a nurse and who I was talking to all throughout medical school called me a liar too . . . I even pointed to the messages where I had told her I was in medical school. She despite evidence chose to ignore it.

The hamstering that goes on in the female mind is just whorrifying
