Did you just take the blackpill? Usually the blackpill starts to set in gradually after months/years of slow awakening and seeing reality for what it is. If you are new to this take a break and come back when you feel ready.

Nobody and I mean nobody does life perfectly. Start where you are at now and find joy in simplicity. Get your rest, eat good food, smile at puppies and babies, be polite to service personnel, take five or six deep breaths three times a day. Revel in your own humanity. Forget MGTOW and women and all the divisive things for a bit. The stillness you require is already inside you.
