Sexual attraction and desirability.

Women determine their hierarchies based on their sexual desirability. Having multitudes of men asking to be their beta servants and sexual partners elevates a woman's desirability and hence her standing in female social hierarchies. This correlates with hypergamy wherein a woman who can attract either a resource rich or physically impressive specimen of a man is seen as standing higher in the female social hierarchy.

For men, it's about dominance. While it's typically physical (strength, appearance, etc) in our modern world it can also be applied to men who have secured a tremendous amount of influence in society or material wealth (politicians, rock stars, celebrities, etc) and thus their efforts can be seen as making them sexually desirable to women and also having more social power over other men.

Therefore, women's hypergamy dictates they go for the men with the most resources and/or physically desirable traits, whilst men's standing in the dominance/resource hierarchy enables them to select the most physically attractive women and therefore showcase their superior standing by keeping such a woman.

It's in their nature. Women need to be desired in order to live in nature. They rely on men for their survival, and if men don't want them it's like a death sentence to them. That's why they infiltrate male spaces and use dating apps, they get a huge dopamine rush out of it. The male equivalent would be if a man would be pussy bombed by women.

Women love validation. It makes them happy because it makes them wanted and accepted first and foremost. They cannot stop craving this and part of the reason for that is that they can get it easily.

Me? Nobody pays me any compliments, nobody likes my pictures, nobody cares that I exist, so I have to learn to live with that. Have to make my own fun so to speak.

Women get adoration from simps and compliments and validation all the damn time. A single bump on their emotional road and they go straight to the validation machine. Be it men who put them on a pedestal, to other women who tell em "fuck em, you go guuurrrl!" they never feel out of place.

Me? I fucked up, have to deal with it. Nobody will tell me how awesome or good looking I am, nobody will tell me everyone else is wrong and that I should cheer up. For me, as a man, nobody cares that I may feel out of place in this society.

We're social creatures. Feeling out of place is terrible for us. Not feeling accepted by society in some way or another leads us down a very dark path. Look at all those people who got bullied, or pushed to the sidelines or were rejected and eventually lashed out, or look at how incels(and femcels) are doing.

We need validation, even if it comes from within. Thing is, women get it from outside sources in spades so that's their go-to.
