To be in a relationship and secure resources is their strategy. It's sold to us on the basis of companionship, support, and providing gratification of needs (mental, sexual, emotional, etc).

Once they get you to commit, the façade is undone. Most will not follow their word, because it holds no value; it is but a whisper in the wind. You'll be stuck in a dreary existence of rise, rinse and repeat.

Our true imperative is to search for our own goals and meanings. It's our directive and the path to it that fulfills us.

Let us not be driven mad by someone else's false dream, but propelled to our own greatness.
