Honestly could probably go either way for mgtow... almost like phases. You have to be a sith when you start out to build up the to the Jedi way of not giving a fuck and having peace later so you are secure and set without worry.

I feel like mgtow is more like grey Jedi or not following either Jedi or sith or even grey Jedi at all and just go your own way.

Kreia has the closest philosophy to mgtow imo. Check out a video called "the philosophy of kreia" on YouTube it's really good.
