Anyway, OP, am 23M and in the same boat. I used to be perfectly content with wasting all my time on video games and entertainment, etc, but I've become discontent with all of it recently. Since I'm in the US, I got into shooting and built myself a rifle (It it's a lot more fun than I thought it would be).

That said, the idea is to do/try something you've never thought of doing before. Modern life can be so robotic that you completely lose the chance to be who you naturally are and explore yourself. It's possible that has been your entire life up until now. Try new shit, wear different things, try stuff you've never thought you would even be remotely good at. You might be surprised at what you find and what you learn about yourself.

-build something you know little about like a computer or piece of furniture or a bicycle

-running, hiking or urban exploring are all pretty much free hobbies

-if you have patience try fishing or metal detecting

Another passive and cheap one I’ve taken up lately is birdwatching, if you learn about your local bird species it becomes very exciting when you see a rare bird or one you can’t identify.

Pick something you have never done before and give it a try, skydiving, motorcycle riding (my fave), backpacking, fishing, drawing and painting or anything that appeals to you, if it bores you move on to something else.

If you do anything enough it gets boring. I will binge play fallout 4 then take a break for a few weeks or a month. Gotta try new things and do them in moderation. If your bored buy a house, youll never run out of stuff to do.
