Life expectancy for females is 81.2 years; for males, it's 76.4 years. This is a difference of 4.8 years. Due to this difference, I believe that either:

A: Men are allowed to retire at 60 and start collecting their benefits then

B: Women are not allowed to collect benefits until they are 70
