While browsing Reddit I stumbled across an interesting post on legaladvice. So, story goes like this. Op is a owner of a smaller company. He has some 15 workers, 12 are woman and only 3 guys. Apparently one of the guys went trough a nasty divorce but that never stopped him to be the best worker in the company and has been with them over 16 years.

Apparently, his ex wife contacted his female workers and accused him of being a rapist and an abuser. So, 9 of the 12 female coworkers decided to gang up and demand that OP fires his best worker of 16 over false accusations from a 3rd party without a grain of proof.

So far the guy is still employed and OP is trying everything to keep him but I don’t think he’ll be able to hold his stance due to those 9 hags saying that if something happens to them he’ll be held fully responsible for it. Here are my two predictions:

1) OPs will let the worker go under some bs reasons and will loose his best worker.

2) OP lets the guy stay but one or more of those cunts will make up a sexual assault, get the guy arrested and will sue OP to oblivion.

Welcome to hell.
