Nothing you guys don't already know but I have a real world experience to share. Just started at UPS since they're paying extra for the peak season. My orientation group was 4 of us, 2 guys and 2 girls. After the office stuff is over someone comes over and splits off the 2 girls and us 2 guys get taken off to the trailers. So the job we're given is unloading the packages from tractor trailers, it's constant lifting and there's roughly been 2 dozen packages that weigh over 70 pounds in each trailer and today I did 3 trailers over the course of 5 hours, and you're expected at least 15 packages a minute onto the belt.

So the point of the story of the story is that the next day I heard what the 2 girls are doing, essentially they just got a scanner and are scanning stuff the whole time.
