Since we are currently trying to perfect AI and hoping for good sexbots, I was thinking, what about genetic modification?

In theory, could you mess with the human body and genes enough to override human instincts (preferably keeping the subject human)? If so, wouldn't that be the perfect solution to "the problem"? You could get rid of hypergamy and just overall female nature, basically creating the perfect NAWALT in the process. Of course this applies to men as well. Assuming this doesn't create more problems than it solves, wouldn't it be a convenient way for the human race to grow?

Or another possibility, human enhancement (cyber augmentation?). Something Ghost In The Shell-esque, maybe.

Keep in mind, I know nothing - I'm in my mid-teens and not a native speaker. Do enlighten me if I'm horribly misguided, all kinds of off with my train of thought here or simply hard to understand.
