TL;DR - Have been MGTOW for 12 months. Travel lots and drop red pills everywhere with interesting results. — I found this sub last year after I caught an ex cheating. Had recently quit a 9-5 to freelance so saw it as an opportunity to travel the world and work remote. Visited 30 countries last year as a result.

Staying in hostels you meet folks from all over and get into some interesting conversations. So without saying the word MGTOW I try to drop a few gentle red pills out there to see the reaction:

Tinder is a good topic. If it’s a mixed group I get people to swap stories about girls using it for free food, jokes about girls’ wine, dogs, travel bios and start talking about those OK Cupid stats.

For Instagram I’ll joke about girls competing for the same perfect photos in staged locations, orbiters sliding into DMs etc

If marriage talk pops up between guys I talk about the De Beers engagement rings ad and calmly lay out the costs of the wedding, kids, divorce and alimony risks so everyone know what they are getting into

If there is a topical news story e.g Bezos/Metoo/Gillette I’ll get people talking about that and give people some of the facts they don’t hear in MSM

At no point in all this do I say MGTOW by name and that’s the beauty of it. Often people will start adding their own stories the mix and self red pilling as well

I see some posts on here pushing politics but whether you are left/right red/blue I honestly think the most effective way to spread MGTOW is to swap stories, tell jokes and give people better information about infidelity/marriage/kids/psychology etc and let them make up their own mind.

For most men, going MGTOW is just common sense thinking in today’s world
