You are somewhat right, yet all those women related post serve a function.

GYOW is not easy, since in many cases it means rejecting both our gregary nature and the biological imperative to "pass on your genes"; so the reminders of WHY you don't want to go back are quite appreciated.

At least that's how I see it.
