Actually, indiscriminate treatments with antibiotics (especially in the living stock industry) and ability of single cellular organisms to transfer genes among them asexually, even among different species are to blame.

doesn't matter: gays having sex with gays aren't having sex with EVERYONE ELSE.

There's no vector for the disease spread there.

Those men aren't having sex with women so women who have STDs and give me one didn't have sex with gay men. <--- that is the explanation, in case you missed it. There's no crossover of sex partners

There's a very, very small number of bisexual men. Some portion of them are using condoms all the time so they aren't a vector for anything but herpes and even then, not all the time.

The majority of men getting STDs get them from women who just fucked other men who fuck A LOT OF WOMEN, like dozens to hundreds, and those women have dozens to hundreds of partners.

The women who fuck less than 10 men almost never in their entire lives have any STD and the men who get with them are also OK.

Acceptance of homosexuality has allowed homosexuals to openly persue sex and created an environment of extreme promiscuity.

Absolutely not: female promiscuity is promoted 100% by feminism and nothing else. When feminism isn't permitted every core instinct and every tradition of every society to exist any place on earth and any time in history is strongly against female promiscuity. The rest is addressed in prior paragraphs.
