Okay so i'm new to MGTOW and I absolutely love it. I stumbled upon this sub a few weeks ago after my ex and I broke up. It makes so much sense. I see how guys acted exactly how I did in high school and even up until me and my ex broke up. White knighting doing everything in their power to keep these succubus-es on sucking and it's horrible. I don't hate women but now i'm starting to open my eyes and see the Forrest for the trees so to speak and see all the greedy, feminist,sexist bullshit that goes on to men.

**ANYWAYS i'm asking for help or advice because for awhile now I catch myself hitting up my exes for sex or old girls I used to know in highschool for sex/attention and I keep getting shutdown/making myself look stupid. I feel stupid because I know i'm just lusting and i'm going down the feminazi bullshit rabbit hole that fucked me up before. How can I stop doing this?? I love sex but I know that it's just a distraction and it leads to misery.Even porn. I feel guilty even watching that because I know it's not going to lead to real sex that I want and it's making fantasize over evil vile FAKE women.

Do you guys have any tips that you use to keep your mind off women or sex? I mean for good. Not just like in that American Dad episode where Stan talks about wood carving and ends up getting addicted to masturbating but tips that can help me starve off the lust or desire?? I know i'll probably get a lot of shit or flak for this but i'm just asking for some help. Thanks
