Episode 9 of the Black Phillip Show (2007) with Patrice O'Neal had a similar theme.

Female guest tries having dignity by not accepting money for anything, even hypothetical insane amounts (i.e. $12,500 to anonymously shit in a cup on camera), but admits to licking ass (male and female) for free.
