(3 days ago) Went thru a breakup and was heart broken, did a little reading here.

Got up early and did a little bit of reading on the laptop, drank a full cup of honey/lemon water. Showered, stretched and meditate. Since it’s my day off, headed to the local coffee shop to do research. Friend called and asked if I wanted to go jump in a 15ft deep gator infested lake, I said yes and we did that. Went to the gym and ran into an old female friend I haven’t seen. Talked and caught up with her after the workouts. Helped my dad with a few errands

Same lake friend wanted to get wings and beer for happy hour so I went (first drink in a month)

Old high school buddy (also a dealer) hit me up for a adventure, we smoked 3 joints went on a road trip and discovered new places on a back road in the middle of nowhere, did lite off roading until we found a lake.

Another friend wanted to go fishing but he was 50 miles out.

Went out to eat alone and took the long way home.

So far been following advice givin to me here. I already got over the sad feeling and I feel refreshed. The girl messaged me this while I was out: “I’m not really sure what I want to say, because most definitely we need to talk. But I’ll get back to you, I’m not ignoring you. So I’ll talk to you later “. I ignored her.

So far so good thanks for letting me vent and giving me advice. I am here to stay and not going back.
